The end result was the development of a ten year redevelopment strategy, containing a very specific implementation plan, and the creation of a Special Improvement District that will generate $2.8 million over the next five years.

 In Hampton Virginia our efforts resulted in:

       -     Assessed values increasing 19% in the first three years

       -     Property tax revenues increased by $890,000    

       -     $50,000,000 was invested in new construction and renovations

       -     Business Improvement District renewed and doubled their assessment
