Peter F. Gozza has more than 20 years of experience in the development, implementation and operation of downtown and commercial district redevelopment projects in cities of various size and various regions of the eastern United States.

Pete’s motto – development by design; not by chance – guides his firm’s dedication to assuring that his clients develop clearly defined goals, a carefully crafted plan to achieve those goals, a well researched means of funding the plan, and ongoing support in the plan’s implementation. Well-planned development assures the health and vitality of a central business district. Haphazard development left to chance is a recipe for difficulty.
